Alaskan start-up confirms success of regional auctions

Impressive growth in registered members, sales and visitors confirms the success of online auctions services in Alaska.

Anchorage, AK March 27, 2004--BidAlaska.com LLC, a leading provider of online auctions services for Alaska, has welcomed its 1000th member and recorded its highest level of activity yet. With an average of 700,000 visits a month, up from 20,000 a year ago, the site is drawing more attention from local and regional retailers, helping them reduce inventories and promote products via online sales.
